Otvorené alebo viditeľne poškodené balenia kávy nie je možné vrátiť.
V súlade so zákonom č. 108/2024 Z. z. o ochrane spotrebiteľa a Smernicou EÚ 2023/2673 sú tieto produkty vylúčené z práva na odstúpenie od zmluvy zo zdravotných a hygienických dôvodov.
